Terms of Service - LSAT Goats

This website, including all related content, services, and affiliated platforms (collectively, the "Site"), is owned and operated by LSAT Goats LLC ("LSAT Goats," "we," "our," or "the Company"). Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service ("Terms"), which apply to all visitors, customers, students, vendors, and other users ("Students"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and enter into a legally binding agreement with LSAT Goats. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. Any breach of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your LSAT Goats subscription begins once your payment is successfully processed. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before the next billing date to prevent additional charges. Any cancellation submitted after renewal will apply to the following billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used months.

If you are dissatisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your initial purchase by emailing saad@lsatgoats.com. Refunds are evaluated and granted solely at LSAT Goats' discretion and apply only to the first payment made within that 30-day window.

Third-party subscriptions (e.g., LawHub Advantage or similar) are non-refundable through LSAT Goats. Please contact the external provider for assistance.

Credit Card Disputes

By subscribing, you authorize LSAT Goats to charge your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. If you have any payment concerns, contact saad@lsatgoats.com before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes in violation of this policy may result in administrative fees and termination of access. Refunds are unavailable after 30 days from purchase or for subsequent renewals. Continued use of the Site affirms your acceptance of all charges.

Limitation of Liability

LSAT Goats makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, results, or merchantability of any product or service on the Site. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or profit loss resulting from your use of the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is a refund consistent with our Refund Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LSAT Goats, its officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites. LSAT Goats is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of any external sites. Access to third-party links is at your own risk.

Use of Materials

All materials provided on LSATGoats.com—including videos, articles, test questions, lessons, and other educational content ("Materials")—are the property of LSAT Goats. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or share these Materials in any form.

The Materials are intended solely for educational purposes. LSAT Goats does not guarantee any specific results or law school admissions outcomes.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
To harm, exploit, or attempt to harm minors.
To send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited advertisements.
To impersonate LSAT Goats, its employees, or any other person.
To upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt Site functionality.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and trademarks on the Site belong to LSAT Goats LLC unless otherwise noted. No material may be reproduced, redistributed, or republished without prior written consent.

Privacy and Recordings

LSAT Goats may record live classes for quality and educational purposes. By keeping your camera on during sessions, you grant LSAT Goats permission to use your video in internal or promotional materials. If you do not wish to appear, please disable your camera. We will not display full names in any published recordings.

User Content

Any material submitted by users (e.g., messages, posts, feedback) must comply with these Terms. By submitting content, you grant LSAT Goats a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with its services. You remain responsible for your submissions' legality and accuracy.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove or restrict content at our discretion and to cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate. LSAT Goats assumes no responsibility for user-generated content.

Student Warranty

By using the Site, you confirm that you are not acting on behalf of another test prep company and are using LSAT Goats solely to improve your LSAT performance.

Tutoring Services

Parties: LSAT Goats LLC ("Tutor") and the student ("Student").

Fees: Tutoring rates are determined by tutor level and package selection. Adjustments to pricing will take effect with at least seven (7) days' notice.

Payment: Payment is due within 24 hours of each session unless prepaid. Completed tutoring sessions are non-refundable. Unused package sessions may be refunded at a prorated rate.

Scheduling & Cancellations: Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Missed or late sessions (beyond 15 minutes) will be charged in full unless due to verified emergencies.

Tutor Obligations: Tutors prepare sessions thoughtfully but are not responsible for completing student work or assignments.

Student Obligations: Students agree to engage in good faith, complete assigned work, and provide necessary materials for sessions.

Termination: LSAT Goats reserves the right to terminate services at any time for inappropriate or disrespectful conduct.

Liability: LSAT Goats is not liable for tutor conduct or any damages arising from the use of its tutoring services. Your continued use constitutes agreement to these limitations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available." LSAT Goats makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, performance, or error-free operation. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate antivirus protection and data backups.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSAT Goats disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

Waiver and Severability

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms will remain valid and enforceable.
